No lawyer can be available all the time. However, we have an obligation to be accessible and communicate effectively, as well as taking the time to listen as well as talk.
- We will provide clients with our office number, an alternate number, and e-mail addresses.
- When out of the office, we will carry smart phones, iPads, or laptop computers with remote access to firm resources.
- We will answer our own phones. When this is not possible, the client will have a choice of leaving a message via phone mail or talking to a person.
- We will establish and maintain that all attorneys and staff utilize professional communication procedures.
